Jenny Muntzel is a Business and Waste Expert in the Waste Management and Recycling Industry.
Since the beginning of her career, Jenny has worked with both start ups and some of the most established Waste Management firms in the country. In the last 14 years, she has gained a vast knowledge of the industry from sales to operations.
Jenny believes “all trash is local,” and prides herself in being an area expert with the resources to find solutions for all waste removal, diversion, and recycling needs. She hopes to bring a new option to the Kansas City market, focusing on the customer and environmental needs.
Aside from her industry knowledge, Jenny believes in superior customer service and a commitment to provide the best customer service in the area at a competitive price. Jenny’s goal is and always will be to help organizations achieve their financial, service, and sustainability goals.

DJ McDaniel is a business development leader with over 20 years of experience in the waste management, recycling, and sustainability services. After earning a Communications degree from William Jewell College, he built his career in leading sales and operations teams across the Midwest, including the VP of Sales at Deffenbaugh Industries.
DJ Played a key Role in scaling operations at Proshred and Secure e-Cycle, helping grow the Kansas Cit Market into one of the largest in the country while expanding service capabilities and sustainability impact. His expertise spans sales leadership, operations, and environmental solutions, bringing a well-rounded approach to driving growth and helping organizations operate more sustainably.
Elyse Porazik
With over 15 years of experience, our Project Manager is the force behind the scenes—owning diversion reporting, billing, vendor relationships, and project execution. Detail-driven and relentlessly accountable, She keeps every moving part aligned so our clients get results they can trust.
Sara Otte
Sara serves as Sales Director, bringing over 10 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry. Having worked with multiple haulers throughout the Kansas City area, she has developed a deep understanding of the local market and the challenges businesses face when managing their waste services.
Her background on the hauler side gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to identify inefficiencies, control costs, and ensure clients receive reliable, high-quality service.
